Christmas in the Square is an unmatched holiday extravaganza. The largest choreographed holiday lights and music display in Texas is combined with family-oriented activities to produce a “signature destination event" for Frisco and Noeth Texas. Christmas in the Square received global exposure and acclaim.
Christmas in the Square is centered on the family. The lights and music show and most of the the activities (even parking) are free to everyone, thanks to the generosity of our sponsor partners and the owners of Frisco Square.
Christmas in the Square drew more than 406,000 visitors during December 2008. Families, friends and holiday guests from through-out north Texas, the D/FW Metroplex and southern
Oklahoma came and enjoyed the spectacular show.
Lights! Music! Snow! Holiday lights and music choreographed by Frisco’s own Jeff Trykoski (Illumimax LLC). With over 100,000 lights, 9.1 miles of wiring and 5.5 miles of extension cords. Christmas in the Square is unlike anything you have ever seen. The same snow machines used by Disney create a "Winter Wonderland” on the sidewalks of Frisco Square, Texas.
The Christmas in the Square lights and music spectacular commences November 27 and continues each evening through January 3, 2010 at Frisco Square, Frisco, Texas, Main Street and Coleman Blvd. (directly across from Pizza Hut Park.)
We’ve changed our structure this year to be more flexible and to allow our partners to join together, or not, to sponsor individual elements of the presentation. One thing that hasn’t changed is the opportunity for our partners to directly, and cost-effectively, benefit from their participation. Christmas in the Square is still the largest choreographed holiday lights and music show in Texas. In just three years, Christmas in the Square has grown to
draw more people than any other event in Collin County. In fact, the only comparable events that draw more are the State Fair of Texas and the Ft. Worth Stock Show and Rodeo!
We work with our sponsor/partners to ensure the best opportunities for them. Part of their sponsorship dollars provide ample exposure through signage with logos and event or activity descriptions.

PRESENTING SPONSOR
The Presenting Sponsor gets its name above the title. "(Your company) Presents Christmas in the Square at Frisco Square” begins every element of publicity and visibility and impact. Yours is the first name cited in every mention of Christmas in the Square. Your logo is the most prominently featured on our Web site, in every piece of advertising, on every sign and on every poster.
We’re adding even more value in 2009. Because of the success we’ve enjoyed, we expect attendance to grow to 500,000. Further, we will add a PSA that will run three times every hour, every evening. PSA’s are heard by every visitor, whether walking down Coleman Blvd. or cruising through and picking up the music on their car radio.
