Frisco Square announces a new lease with Three Squares restaurant.
“Chef-driven food to fuel your life” — that’s the tagline for Frisco Square’s newest eatery, Three Squares. Managing partner Josh Babb, who is also managing partner of Kenichi Restaurants, says he is bent on contributing some seriously good grub to Frisco’s dining scene. He hired executive chef Stan Rodrigues, formerly of Dallas-based Nick & Sam’s Grill, to implement a menu created by renowned restaurant consultant Roger Kaplan, founder of Restaurant Innovations.
“We are committed to putting on the table, creative chef-inspired meals that will keep diners coming back with regularity, all within a cool and casual atmosphere,” Babb states. “We will look a bit like a neighborhood bakery and cafe that will have a gorgeous patio and bar. We hope to earn a loyal following in the community.”
In addition to serving a range of “brilliantly conceived breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes,” as Babb says, Three Squares will offer pastries, specialty coffee drinks, terrific iced tea, 50's diner style ice cream shakes and a full bar.

Three Squares is projected to be open by March 2013 and will be located at 5680 Frisco Square, the new retail spaces located on the Forest Park Medical Center Frisco campus, directly across from the Cinemark XD Theater.
