Current Development: Forest Park Medical Center
Forest Park Medical Center developed by the Neal Richards Group, is a physician-owned complex that has grown significantly since the first surgical specialty hospital opened in Dallas in 09. FPMC at Frisco Square will be located on 4.5 acres at the DNT & Frisco Square Blvd, across from Cinemark Frisco Square. The project will be built to LEED Silver specifications & feature amenities such as VIP patient rooms & a vegetated roof on the 1st floor of the hospital.
The full scope of the FPMC at Frisco Square includes a 130,000 sq ft hospital, a 90,000 sq ft medical office building with multi-tenant retail, restaurant, medical office space, & a 600 space parking garage.
